As some people may knew b4,
Witch Hunter is Cho Jung-man very first piece that made it into weekly publish.

So at the beginning, he asked his assistant to learn and help him drawing. He gave his assistants some pages from Japanese manga and asked them to redraw it.
That's why:
1. There are many panels and pages were found exactly same with other manga like D.Gray-man, FMA, Bleach, Naruto, One Piece etc.
2. He didn't want to plagiarism, just copying it to learn drawing like those mainstream pros.
3. As for now, he never copy again, according to his assistant: ttroop.

So please don't go posting that this manga is plagiarism or something like that.
