Why doesn't someone do an overlay with Magician? Such nonsense waiting 6 years.
If only I could read other languages! haha

Yeah, what can you say. I could show you a couple of hundred titles on my lists alone that are just the same (or worse actually, given that LINE is actually translating this one.......albeit starting at the beginning)........nobody translating them. There are tons of partially-translated/scanlated manga/manhwa out there with nobody working on them anymore.
Yea, my weekly reading plummeted when the whole LINE thing started up. Such a shame that Naver didn't work something out a bit better than what they did. The overlay was genius though. I very much enjoy reading it on the raw site and the author receiving something out of it.
What happened with mangajoy? Are they going to start at any time soon? The flashback is over

I'd guess not.......no, they won't restart scanlating it.
It's kind of a shame......and also something that happens far more (if not only) with these Korean webtoons.....where the authors take hiatuses, something almost unheard of (comparatively speaking, given the massive numbers of overall titles) in mainstream Japanese manga, thus stopping "publishing" and, well, frankly that oftentimes results in loss of interest. Not just the readers, but the scan groups as well. I've seen it happen quite often with just the scenario that has now happened with Magician. The author quit putting out chapters and the scan group disappeared during that time.
Oh well, it happens. Along with the effects of the LINE launch and an author hiatus, Crepuscule appears to have suffered the same fate.
Again, a real reason to be happy about the launch of the LINE site..........people can say what they want about quality and how "it's just not the same as how so and so used to do it......." ...........well, they're also a legitimate business, and their releases are like clockwork.

They will catch up to the webtoon in about 3 years (if author wont make another long hiatus), therefore the audience will most likely completely change, which is a shame seeing that the webtoon had already have considerable number of readers.
I must say that this new arc has better pacing than the last. Flashback was only ~4 month long and we can already see main cast again.

Yup, a shame.
Of course, fan scanlation groups fail all the time, it's not like there's any guarantee on any of these scanlated stories to continue being translated under the table like they are. I'm personally in the range of a couple of hundred titles that are on my "abandoned" list........ones that just quit getting scanlations before they were completely translated/scanlated.
So......yeah. What can you say?
I can say I'm grateful for http://www.readmanga.today/ picking up the series. They've already translated 2 chapters and I expect good things fro them.

Are they actually translating it? It seems like it's just an aggregate site, but the names of the translators are listed in the credits page along with the Readmanga.today logo...

They're listed as a scanlation group with MU.......Magician isn't the only title they're reporting releases on, either.
