Chapter 55 raws and monthly release?

So I was trying to find the chapter 55 raws but have had no luck.

Also, I read somewhere that R+V is now a monthly release as well due to certain factors like the authors health being bad or him being part time now since he is working on other titles as well. When did this happen? I remember R+V being a weekly or bi-weekly release at the longest.

Regardless, just wondering if anyone has found the chapter 55 raws and if you have can you post a link, I would be grateful :]
