I can't read romance Yaoi manga.Oh and D.Grey man is not a gun manga just saying, but you should read it if you want.
The beginning of D.GrayMan is good, but the later part sucks HARDer than Naruto+One Piece.

as for plagiarizing, when he started off as a newbi (WH is his very first ongoing series) i'm sure he sampled other mangas so he can get a feel for it. like evryone when you draw something you will draw something that you have seen in something elese without you even knowing yourself.
this is because it leaves a deep impression on you so rather then plagiarizing i would use the word sampleing. i'm sure all newbi artist will do this intentionally or unintentionally ti will happen, but the cuts in the links are cuts many mangaka use. almost every manga will have something similar to those cuts you see in the link. these are simple but good cuts many ppl will you and will keep on using. but i'm sure many ppl will think cho just took a book and copies it and that is not the case.
he even makes us pose so he can take pictures of us so he can draw it. thats how he works and i'm sure he did incoprerate things he likes in to his manga but thats is a line did he where you can argue homage to plagiarism.
