the right question would be how did all the translators pickup their english? korean is one of the hardest language to learn in the world along with Japanese, Cantonese, etc. I think all the tl that i've seen so far is originally korean/japanese/chinese than picked up their english somewhere. In my case, vancouver

The different ideologies on which the languages were founded explain that, so what the "most difficult" languages really are, are just the languages with which no common ideological ground is shared.
