Wow, what a great catch!! I never even noticed him. Huk Jib, Today's Romantics Club. Yeah, wasn't it called Department of Sentimentality before? Maybe they changed the translation at some point. Yeah, who knows, maybe the authors are friends or something.

Yeah I think so,
But since the raw reached near 70 chapter, we are TOOOOOOOO much left behind, and I didn't really paying attention to the background
*confess* reading those theories and lecture got most of the time, so I don't even have time to do the background check.
I believe if we re-read this we can find some more, added with raws too~

Yeah, definitely the same guy. I guess the writer of Dr. Frost likes Today's Department of Sentimentality, so just put it in as a joke. It'll be fun if he shows up a few more times, maybe even has a line or two. And maybe the sentimentality author could reciprocate. Not gonna happen though.

I think that the Author like reading Today's Romantic Club (whatever...) and play rugby or football, or he is watching the America Football Cup when writing that chapter.

Some webtoon authors like to use characters from other webtoons as cameos - there are actually quite a lot of instances like that. It's a small world, the Korean webtoon industry, and many authors know each other and meet in person as well. So it's not really a surprise if you notice familiar characters from other webtoons featuring in different webtoons.

With the webtoon "Today's Romantics' Club", I believe the group Webtoon Live started it as "Department of Sentimentality" and then changed the title when they restarted it from scratch. Good thing too, since it's a more accurate translation.

Ahh, thanks for the info, I kinda wondered if it might not be like that, I've seen Nastycat and a few other Naver artists mention their webtoon artist friends.
So that was the case, Webtoon live changed the title. I know the "Department of Sentimentality" title pops up every now and then, I wondered where it came from.

Well, even the huge Japanese manga community throw these things in once in a while. I seem to remember the "Blazing Transfer Student" delivering a message in his typical manner to one of Adachi Mitsuru's baseball teams. Also, Yura and Makoto from Futari Ecchi appeared in a cameo scene in "Love Lucky," although those two manga were by the same artist. I think that many of the mangaka throw these things in for fun, just to see how many readers pick up on them. They have to have a quirky sense of humor, or they wouldn't write manga or manhwa (at least good manga or manhwa).
