Well Manga Stream is now scanlating this in english and as far as I know they have a policy of not allowing other online-readers to upload their releases.

There's also Mangaburn who have been doing it since 481 and Mangapanda, which is a reader site but also apparently does translations if their credit page at the end of recent Kenichi chapters is to be believed. They aren't listed on Baka Updates, though, which is kind of weird...
