For the past few days, the Batoto Site has been loading slowly.

I even witness that sometimes when I go into an image, I get a "Batoto is in maintenance" with a dog and cookie jar.

Strange part is that I go back to the previous page then click through to the next page, it loads fine.

It's slowing down constantly though. Is this a problem on my side or the sites?

it's throwing that error to some people too, myself included. maybe some backside optimization errors?
cause if you refresh the page, it usually fixes itself.

as for the slowness, it's kinda been like that for sometime.

I have the same problem, so do not worry, is not your connection neither your computer.
In these times, we can only trust on grumpy and friends!

This is happen to me, too
Batoto has slowed down noticeably, reading online is still possible.
and give me an image with dog and cookies (Why give the cookies to the dog?)
Is Batoto under DDoS attack?

I was being optimistic and thinking Batoto was under improvement.

The web server is having load issues at the moment. Possibly due to DDoS... possibly due to something weird in auto-update...? Not sure atm. But looking into it.

Well, I still don't really know what triggered the issue... rather odd...
But it should be better now. Driver, kernel and bios update and tweaks were done.

In architect lingo... the anomaly has been disseminated back into the system and you have fulfilled the function of the one.

Problem still here for us,

Its slow for me now with that Corgi pup message. Keep on getting it, Could just be a local thing I am in the UK.

I have been getting the same problem these past few days. It works fine in the morning and starts to lag/maintenance message in the afternoons till late at night. Takes about 30s to load a page.

But today, The Maintenance message has appear again to me.
The site has slowed down. exactly the same as several days ago
