Did not know it had an anime (Though after the Ga-rei anime adaptation of that author's manga, whom also writes this, I am kinda frightful of trying to watch the of Tokyo ESP.... Because the ga rei anime took an extremely different point of view of the story and changed it into a yuri romance more than anything... And they did it well, if it was just a yuri romance and not Ga-rei)
Anywho, the ghostbuster thing was already listed 
(just not as specifically) It appears in the manga

Miss Smith from the CIA is clearly based on somebody.
That face is way to detailed to not be evoking some famous person.
But I can't put my finger on it!
