I created a new page for the Spanish version of Kubera, should I have posted it on the English page instead to have both versions on the same page?
Also, when I uploaded the chapter, the group's name didn't appear on the list, so I just put it temporarily as "no group".

I've moved the chapter and unapproved the Spanish page - one page per comic, no matter which language -, and if the group isn't on the list, you can enter it here.

What KidCongo said is correct. Also, if a group does not exist, you can add it yourself (all members have the ability to do this). Another way to do this is click "Home" at the top then click "Add group" and fill out the information.

I'll delete the spanish version.
