Rereading the story might help, its normal since there's a considerable gap between releases.

well.....nothing's been happening that's too confusing. Right now in the E-pandora arc, it's just about how they're forced to undergo experimentation that is practically known to fail. ? It's pretty easy to follow compared other series which have a scanlated chapter released every 2 or 3 months.

i mean i understand whats happening but when i read i get lost in the chapters themselves...like for example they were playing soccer and then all of a sudden it changes arcs without notice and i don't know what happens after that i don't know what happens... but for some reason this is the most confusing series for me that is over anything else that i've read even though i did enjoy it at first for the first 40 or so chapters

It didn't change arcs suddenly as chapter 51 started the E Pandora arc so you were still reading the same arc. Chapters 1-9 is one arc then 10-24,25-37,38-50 and 51-68(it may be longer).

yea im kind of lost in the story line too but it would be best if you just reread it to remember some of the old info and it'll make alot more sense
For Light there must be Dark so what does Dark do to have Light?

I think what people are finding confusing is that the plot is taking a back seat to the characterization. As far as I can tell the plot is Nova are a threat to humanity and humanity is using pandara to protect themselves from the Nova. But as far as I can tell there have been more pandoras fighting each other than pandora's fighting the Nova which makes good characterization but plot progression starts to get foggy. This arc for example I have seen the motivations of a bunch of side characters and chatellizer but I'm not exactly sure how that will help the plot progress (fight against the Nova) and the final villian of this arc was the failed experiment to help protect humanity and had nothing to do with a surprise Nova attack.

oh well i just read the last chapter from the brazilian group and it seems like all of what happened is just part 1 of the story... kinda like a REALLY long prologue now lets see what is going to happen next
also one thing of the story is that the nova attacks doesnt happen too often, seem like there are several years between each and each time the nova seem to evolve based on the previous battle that is why the story focus mainly on the characthers

Actually it seems that the author really love girl vs girl fight but still why is it that we don't know from where does the novas comes and since there are few pandora why are all of them trying to kill each other and encouraged to do so?
The fact is that i want to know there are more and more new characters and less explaination about the situation(from where does nova come from and what are their purpose)

Well, it's true that the manga is focusing on characterization, but the problem is that it seems to have a cast of hundreds. The characterization is spread so thin that the most you know about any non-main character is their nickname, and then you never see them again.

I disagree with that statement Bryan. The cast are either scientists/teacher pandoras or pandoras and their partners. I belief that every time that I have seen a new pandora she ends up fighting another Pandora and in that fight we get to see their beliefs and how she feels about the politics of Pandoras. Every fight that I can recall has been about the politics about what is the right thing to do. The only characters that I feel have been spreed thin are the Limiters (also the Novas) since the only ones that I can remember talking about their belief system or goals are Kazuya, Louis and Andre. Also with this recent chapter it would appear as if the story is taking the put on a bus approach (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PutOnABus) so we will get to see how they have changed over time.

Well, I suppose that's true if you're looking at the latter part of the last arc, when Elizabeth took a stand against the Chevalier. Even then, the motivations of the antaganists were generally shallow. Starting from chapter 68: 'I am following orders.' 'We should listen to what the Chevalier tell us to do, regardless of what the truth may be.' 'What are you doing, this is an act of treason.' There's something of a theme here. However, what was the philosophical motivation of the antagonists in the first half of the manga, when most of the stated reasons for fighting Satellizer were 'girl needs to learn her place?' As for the Limiters, I have to wonder why they're even in the story at this point, since the motivation for every single one of them has been "I agree with my Pandora's ideals and want to support them in their goals." They don't serve any purpose in combat since they always cancel each other out. Even Kazuya, who was set up as the most powerful Limiter in the world, falls prey to this.

I think it is confusing to most people because there is no real main antagonists in the story. They filled the chapters with character explanations and the slow but progressing love story line. I enjoy the pandora vs pandora it keeps a rising conflict within the system. It would be boring if they just constantly fought nova after nova after nova. It would be a boring story line with no definition in characters. The reason it is so slow in progression is because the author wanted to show more of the love story line and more of the characters personalities. So it isn't just a manga about fanservice. So if your confused just reread it. it has some bad transitions i agree but over all i enjoy the story very much it is one of my favorites.

If I had to give it a reason.. it would definitely be slower release schedule. The scan group didn't release new chapters for a few months, and new chapters come out once a month (which isn't the worst. some come out every 2 or 3 months for 25- 40 pages.)
