I feel Terumi is the Murasaki of this manga and the aunt is Genji [in a way]. She is raising him to be able to handle women in a certain way all for her research, but I feel in the end she is going to develop feelings for him when he gets better at charming the ladies

Its too early to truly pick one for him to end with,but I do not feel Ashai is the one, so for now I'm going with a Harem ending. There is 12 other girls who have yet to be introduced as a possibility for him to conquer and i believe that one of them might be the perfect one or he will realize something about each other them he likes that will leave him undecided. I doubt his aunt will simply let him out of his promise to her that easily by claiming he has fallen in love with on of the conquest. Beside break ups are almost never mutual so things will not be so perfect after conquering all these girls, there is going to be left over attachment on one of the ends making it easier to possibly fall into the harem.

Connecting it back to the Tale of Genji, Terumi does fit that forbidden love for his step mother with the relovation that he has a mother complex on top of his 'trauma' as a child and the resolution he made because of it puts him on track to being almost exactly like Genji (from my limited knowledge on the subject and other comments).
