Hard limits against signatures has been set. Despite rules against large signatures, too many seem to carry them. Since it's easier to automatically enforce, although forces less flexibility, following changes has been made:
Maximum of 3 images can be inside a signature.
The signature image height may be no greater 400 pixels.
You can have maximum of 5 links in your signature.
You can have maximum of 10 lines in your signature.
This does not mean you are allowed to abuse the current limits to the maximum. Current level of limits are set to allow some flexibility, such as 3 small images instead of 1 large image. Please be considerate when making your signatures. It is an annoyance to others to have a huge signature. While the personal "x" button to hide a member's signature or to hide all members' signature does exist, guests do not. Also, it is a hassle to require such steps.
Failure to follow signature rules will result in signatures being removed. On repeated offenses, their signature privileges will be revoked.

- Name change limits for most classes of users (Members, Contributors) have been changed from 3 name changes per 30 days to 3 name changes per 120 days. Donators retain the old name change limits.

- Custom changes to the IPB core so that forums is loaded faster. Was too sluggish before.
- All the comic forums are now alphabetically sorted!

- Some exploits have been patched where unauthorized user could edit certain chapters. Reverts have been made and everything should be back to normal.
- The front page's most popular reached a view count limit thanks to IPB's rather unexpectedly low maximum. The comic view count has been thus truncated but will now resume recounting.

- Donation section was added by popular demand. It's work in progress, but functional.
- "batoto home" button has been removed on Deluxe theme. You can just click the logo. There wasn't enough room up there.

- Blood theme's "more" button at the top has been removed. Because that was nonsense...

- Recoded the read page so that it forces the ads to load after the image. Though it was always designed like this, seems the ad code sometimes failed to be async.

- Changed how most popular series list is generated. It now sees what comic was most viewed in the last 6 hour block. It must also have at least 1 enabled chapter and comic must also be approved. Very first set only was based on few minutes, so probably a bit off...
- A new image server was added to the pool. It's likely going to be a bit slower than the others for about 1 ~ 2 days while it copies over the files fully from other img servers. This is going to replace fr1 which is now out of disk space. us1 will be replaced soon as well since it seems to be poor performing.

- Highest Rated Series algorithm has been changed (previously was IPB supplied, now custom). The absolute highest points (total points / number of points) is the order, but must have received at least 50 votes to qualify. It must also have at least one chapter. Refreshes every hour.
- Recently Added Comics has been changed in similar manner. It must have at least one chapter. Refreshes every 10 minutes.
Edit: For a limited time (say, a week) I'm offering a one-time name change (at my discretion) to anyone adversely affected by the new name change limits.

I'm gonna start bumping this topic with new item every time I add something. So people have at least remote way of figuring out of updates.

- Installed CloudFlare on our website. This will (hopefully) improve some performance, especially for those far away from our actual location. We tried cloudflare once long ago, but was terrible performance. But many years have passed, and they have improved the service. Thought was worth trying again.

Juggling around ads. I'm trying to see if I can get the ads out of the reader itself or limit it to low number so that people can turn pages quick and easily and add more ads into the rest of the website. Given significant most of our views come from the reading pages, I'm not sure how well it'll work, but ad performance (low cpm in there) in the reader is efficient. Hopefully it balances. That way we have less ads that people load in total, while still earning roughly the same and people have better reading experience. So, currently:
Pages 10 and up in reader will either get quick loading amazon ad or nothing. (Exact rules are more complex)
Added 1 ad to the comic page. It's... quite noticeable, but seems to load quickly at least.
(Will) add 1 ad to the comic search page.
I want to keep the max of 2 ad/page policy and out of the forums. So that there isn't a whole swamp of ads to get through to content and forum is a semi-secured area.
Also, with increasing mobile traffic, ads are being added to mobile as well. But I'm going to try to keep to the safe ads if possible as I know it's harder to get out of the mess if you get a bad ad in mobile. Mobile/tablet should get no ads in the reader itself.
