This is a ridiculously silly manga. But it has a good heart, and nice ecchi yuri goodness.
I do find myself going "wha?" Mostly I think it's that the art is nice and in a fairly realistic style (well, given the usual manga conventions), and some of the time they put on this thin veneer of realism in the action, and so for a couple of minutes I forget that the whole thing is just totally loopy.
