Exactly. Baam's blood may be special. Every time he has done something out of the ordinary throughout the manhwa it was after getting hurt and spilling some blood.

I was getting Naruto vibes from the last couple of panels (nine-tails, skeleton out of the body).

No way those pokeballs would hurt Baam. It's that bug/lobster thing that made him cough up blood. Does anyone have an idea what that thing would be?

Also mid way in the fight against Baam prince says 50 something, maybe saying Baam is as strong as a 50th regular?

There's not much to translate but the pokeballs prince threw were shinsoo bombs(the ones with lighter color) and after he was cornered and didn't have any left he used the worthless bombs (darker color) and that seemed to have an effect on Baam(or whoever he is)

That thing looks like a parasite. It all makes sense if a parasite is controlling Baam.

So it can be that shinsoo attacks/bombs have no effect on baam whereas physical (is the worthless bomb physical?) does have effect on Baam?
