The Kan Zen Ban chapters of Shaman King are missing. Are there any reasons why they aren't uploaded? The last chapter on batoto was clearly a placeholder, and he finished the series later

Shaman King was re-released in volume form as Shaman King Kang Zeng Bang. This release was made up of 27 volumes which reprinted all of the original chapters. In addition it included several new chapters that were never before printed in either magazine or volume form. Two new chapters inserted between the original 264 and 265 show a fight that was only mentioned in the original release. The remaining new chapters (287-300) comprise the canonical ending to the series. The original chapter 285 ending should be thought of as an alternate universe side story.
