Same here. I’ve read bloody mangas before, but seeing the mother and boy, it’s just felt like it dragged you into the story at a personal level.

I believe that there’s two movies out, and the manga is based on said movies.

That chapter made me want to cry and yeah... It made me speechless. Anybody else find the mother and son ridiculously brave? They both deserve some kind of honoring. A medal. A flag. A 12 gun salute. People crowding their bodies and saluting. Something. Or maybe just the inscription 'here lies one brave mother and her son' on their tombstones.
