Hi there ~

So, I'm a 23 years old French univ' student majoring in Japanese literature.
I'm learning Korean by myself so I still kinda suck at it (...)
I've translated a few things(I've been an anime translator, and a "Jap Adapt" for a french sub team) before but since I'm really lazy I didn't do as many as I could, really..
I read tons of manga but I don't watch that many anime..
I used to watch a lot of dramas as well but I find Japanese dramas pretty lame lately. And since I'm trying to focus on Japanese rather than on Korean lately, I kinda avoid Korean ones.

I'm thinking about joining a team, but I'm not sure yet so.. I guess I'll see who's projects interest me the most.

If I had to choose my favourite mangas and manhwas, I'd say I preferred : Skip Beat, Akuma to Love Song, Amatsuki, Nana, Strobe Edge, The bride of the Water God, Crazy Girl Shin Bia, Kamisama Hajimemashita, (...)

As for anime, I'd say : Uta no prince maji love 1000%, Saiunkoku monogatari, Zoku natsume yuujinchou, Amatsuki, Samourai shamploo, Bus gamer, Hakuouki shinsengumi kitan, (...)

Oh, I forgot to say, I'm an absolute fan of Genji monogatari !
So obviously Gekka no kimi and Minamoto-kun monogatari are my absolute favs !

Thanks :3

@Katsuri : Yeah it seems to be the same everywhere, I tried to get my univ pals into it as well but they're not all into mangas so I kinda gave up.. (=_=')
I figured it would be faster to teach Japanese to someone who's already into mangas.. (¬_¬ )

@hero : Not yet, I'll start it right away :3
Is it good ? Did my favs make you think about it ?

@Ada-swan : sure, why not ~
I kinda suck at making friends though, but I'll do my best !

Welcome :) (ou bienvenue, ça dépend) I have only read Skip Beat and Strobe Edge from your list. They're both good. Will probably take a look at the others. Anyways, I hope you enjoy yourself here.

Thanks Violet-chan :D (kinda fun for a guy to call himself Murasaki since it refers to Murasaki no ue from Genji Monogatari so I checked xD)
But why -chan ? I never said I was a girl xD
Mr applicant ? What is it about ?

Thanks, you can trust me on that ~

@Autumn : Thanks/ merci !

@hero : Serious ? I see what you mean, but I also like serious ones as long as these something that catches my attention like history-based stories for example :3

@Powha : Thank you ( ^_^)

Welcome, sir.

One would assume you're a girl, since "Minami" looks/sounds very feminine:ish.

Samurai Champloo is so good, especially the music by Nujabes.

Welcome to the humble abode!

Okay, gimme get this straight, you're a French university student majoring in Japanese literature and you're learning Korean? Wow! You're amazing!
I'm more of a fan of mangas, myself. Also, I agree with you on how dramas do get "pretty lame" after awhile. Well, anyways. I hope you have a great time here and I hope to see you around. (:

Well actually if you look into wikipedia, Minami is a surname and a name for both gender :D
But yeah, I must confess now that I changed it to Nashi-sensei, I am a girl. xD
And yeah, Samurai Champloo rocks <3

Samurai Champloo is one of the funniest anime ever.

Yeah, definitely, it's one of the best ever !

Oh, I'll have to take a look at it then, I must admit that what first attracted me with Amatsuki was the period in which the story took place though ~

Not that amazing.. Maybe a big language freak but that's about it ~ xD
Mangas don't have as much restrictions as anime does, so you can find pretty incredible ones sometimes <3
There's still some popularity-in-Japan restrictions though..*thinks of Honey Blood which could have been great if only she could have make it longer..*
Sure, I hope to see you around as well ;3
