@Cydric well i tried reading it and i just left it after reading few pages till this date i only consider Noblesse as the only comic having vampire themed story worth reading for as a success, compared to noblesse this is nothing * no offense it is my personal opinion only*

I don't like it. I also agree with aku720.

There's also Higanjima, where the vampires aren't nice, at all.

well. you can say that noblesse is the most successful vampire story ever. however. can u consider it a vampire story when you haven't even seen him drink any blood?

@ddemonking I always considered Dracula to be the most successful vampire story, or Hellsing, if you only take Asian comics into account. It is probably the most successful vampire manhwa, though.

Go read the first chapter of Noblesse seriously. It was pure crap without any word and just one action for about 10 chapters.

i found noblesse pretty boring at first but came to like after reading a few chapters... give this manga a chance, it might get more interesting later

Comparing this to nobless...

means that in about the first 20 chapters, nothing really has to happen except for the guy slowly walking to school?

This manga has a better starting pace atleast, other then that it has a big enough potential for a first chaper.

this is not better then noblesse nor can it be compared!! you'll have to wait for the story to progress more to compared but even still this is just gonna be another short ending in my opinion.

personally i like The Record of Fallen Vampire more than Noblesse
but to each his own I guess

@chiroh That's because Records of a Fallen Vampire didn't extend it's story like Noblesse does, oh plus the fact that there's basically one central plot in it makes it a masterpiece in its own instead of Noblesse's story arcs. You know how in Bakuman right now is doing the short run great plot? That's exactly what the author of The Records of Fallen a Vampire, Kimura Yuki, did.

For all those thinking of thanking me for the scanlations, I only upload them, and I'm just a mod here. Please leave a message on the actual groups' pages that do all the hard work.

Lol? Really? Maybe you should learn to express yourself more clearly, if you don't want to be misunderstood. After all, you did write

well. you can say that noblesse is the most successful vampire story ever.

, which is comparing it to all vampire stories - ever.

So what's the deal with this series? Mangaupdates says it's complete, but the final page on chapter 4 says the first chapter will be in the next issue?

It will start again from next chapter. Sort of a continuation of it. We're not sure yet either, lol.

I 'm pretty pissed by the reaction of the protagonist when he discovers the true identity of Luna. He has been bottling all his wrath since his early childhood with only one goal in mind. And now that he is face to face with the murderer of his family, he chooses very calmly to be his partner. wtf!?
I would have expected him to be out of control, overwhelmed by his feelings. But no, we have here a super coool guy -_-.

Did anyone notice the reference to Trinity Blood in the first chapter? I'll give you a hint, it's on page 30 of the first chapter.

There does not seem to be any redeeming factor to the protagonist. His motivation disappears almost instantly and he is naive. I am into the second chapter, but I don't feel like it is going to get better. <_<

Indeed, if someone was faced with the murderer of their family I'm pretty sure they wouldn't just go "ok, sure lets do that" and then go with the flow.......where the hell is the rage and hate?? the pure violence that I was expecting the moment you knew who she really was??
A lie is truth, until you recognize it as a lie!. To see the truth behind those lies is probably the right thing to do. However it may not necessarily bring happiness.
