It's taking forever to go from one page to another, and I can't upload any manga because it takes 5 minutes to get to 1.4 mb, and then I get IO error. If relevant, i live in the U.S. east coast. Also note my internet speed is fine, this is the only site being slow for me.
Site being extremely sluggish for me all day

Well, it's been speedy as usual for me... so, problem is likely isolated. But, if you'd like, please send me the output of traceroute* and I'll send the message to the datacenter. They may be able to resolve or it may resolve itself by then...
To do trace route, open command prompt (in windows 7, go to start and just type "cmd" and hit enter. In prev windows, it's under program files, accessories.)
Then type in:
Right click in CMD and press Mark to copy the data. Don't send me a screenshot. >.>

tracert www.batoto.netand send me what it outputs. It'll contain some private data, so you may wish to PM me, and not post here. Though, if you don't care much... up to you.

At a glance, it looks like you're facing packet loss from the 11th hop (75.149.231.130) which is owned by comcast. So, the problem is likely with your ISP. I'll send a copy to the datacenter anyway...
Reverse path from us to you seems good though.

Yeah, network issues have a tendency to break at random times and fix itself at random times. So many places to go wrong, and many people trying to fix all the time. heh
