Duplicative chapter in a different language

A random person of no group uploads the same chapter (Chapter 1: Pilot), but in a different language from the rest of the comic. He or she only uploads the first chapter and no more. Please remove that first chapter in a different language that is not uploaded by Comicola Fansub. The person also does not have the author's permission to upload her works anywhere, thereby violating copyright.
