1. if i want to read the manga where the anime ended, which chapter should i go?
2. are there any important points te anime skipped?

I started reading at chapter 30: "An Empty Sunspot", it's the first half of the final episode in anime.

But I can't answer question #2 since I didn't read the chapters before it. There are indeed differences in the final episode and in ch. 32

Only reason I would recommend starting again anyways is getting used to the art
