I've been having this problem for a couple/few days now, I'm unable to access the forums "View New Content"...

 

 

and am instead being taken to a "bato.to | 504: Gateway time-out" page (but it's not like a real "time out" where it tries for a while and then gives up, it goes there practically immediately every time).......

Same results in both the Blood and the Subway theme, both on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, tried clearing cache and cookies on both, still getting the same result.

 

Anybody have any ideas...?

also getting it, though most of the time I'm able to access the page when I retry later (takes some time before it stops erroring out). a few times the whole site 504'd.

I think grumpy hasn't finished the maintenance/fixing thing yet judging by twitter and his posts.

Okay, thanks........well, you're having at least some luck getting through it sounds like, I've had absolutely none trying to break through it, no matter how many times or ways I've tried >_<

 

I guess I'll just keep trying, I was wondering if this was something just on my end but if you're getting it too it's not.........haaa, oh well, hopefully it'll clear up, sure I can see the general forum page. but at the very least that lacks any of the various comic forum posts, which can't really be seen/found any other way.

you could open "all comics" subforum, ctrl+f for "today," or "yesterday," (note the comma), then open letter subfora which have recent posts and do it once more for these (or you can just go by the "unread posts" highlight there (the highlight is even present on the all comics page as bolded titles for the unread stuff but it's harder to notice)).

I'm getting the same error on nearly everything from the forums to the My Follows list to individual pages.

And of course now that I want to take a screenshot it seems to be working perfectly.
