What studio of animation would be better to animate this? and what voice actors would you choose for each character?

Voice actors would be hard to decide on but I'd love to see Shaft adopting this, or maybe Kyoto Animation.

I agree with SinaAzad, but KyoAni and Shaft joint effort. KyoAni scenes for normal Komi-san and Shaft for her interactions with people.

Studio Bones. Why? Because it needs the great movement in the battle of hearts
