I've followed all your rules for the Self Published manga, yet whenever I try to upload My 1st chapter here. the site keeps hanging.

If you still have such problem, it will be nice if you can provide us with more information. Which series, which Browser? have you try methods 

listed in this thread (first top post)? Please Post screenshots of any errors you encounter will be helpful .
