I guess you can call this a pre new years resolution thread.  What goals do you plan to set?  What is your deadline for those goals (if any)?  What steps are you taking to reach your goals?

1) Learn common Kanji

 

Deadline: 90 days

Steps:

 

-Memorize 30 symbols per day using mnemonics to keep them in my head.

 

2) Lose weight (about 20 pounds)

 

Deadline: None

Steps:

 

-Eat healthy

-Drink lots of water

-Exercise 3 times a week for 1 hour

-Ditch the junk food

 

3) Finish my video game demo

Deadline: Late 2018

Steps:

 

-Draw the cutscenes

-Design the gaming environment

-Choreograph the action scenes

-Program the demo

 

Save money to hire the following:

-3D model artist

-Voice Actors

-Sound effect artist

-Music Artist

-3D environment artist

Managing my energy would be a goal though?  O_o

I've been on a long meaningful journey for the past 3 month. sometimes it was hard to continue, I found myself breathless multiple times and was unable to continue. I contemplated giving up several times and proceeded to re-think my decisions. But I finally cleaned my basement.

My goal was fighting again. I have an exhibition in March so Yeah me !

 

Besides that... Meh... Maybe finishing my thesis. But that's boring, i would rather think about what i'm going to eat under my bridge for christmas ^^
