I can't add new manga

Hello guys, I can't add a new manga, all time I get this

"There appears to be an error with the database.

I've been trying for several days.

What are you trying to add?

i.e.,
- what's the title
- are you sure there's nothing with the same title on the comic list?
- have you tried adding the author's name in parentheses if the above is the case?
