Crunchyroll provides an English simulpub of the manga to subscribers. They release jointly with the Japanese release, and carry chapter 58 and onwards. You can buy both the volumes as well as up to date individual chapters on Comixology.

There are also some sites that carry fan translations, or "scanlations". MangaStream for one does up to date scanlations, but they only offer the most recent chapters. There are quite a few manga reader sites that archive the entire series however.
