sorry to bother anyone with this.

 

it's been over 18 hours since i uploaded a chapter to the moderation queue: https://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/arte-r17189

 

also, there are also two entries there that i wish to have removed.  i've renamed the Chapter Titles as "Delete", as the website won't allow me to proceed when i changed the Manga Title itself.
