I think if you have the manga in your Follows, the "Follow" button on the page shows as "Unfollow" instead, so this feature already exists there... But if you mean in the search list already, before clicking it, I agree(, though it's not a huge problem for me personally). Perhaps the Follow button in its usual form could show when clicking the "i" for more info on the title? Hmm...

Yup, it'd be nice..........though I have to say, this is exactly the kind of thing that has me keeping my main manga lists over on Manga Updates rather than on any of these aggregate reader sites. I do my searching over there (since, yeah, their search/follows/whatever lists (you can make as many follows-type lists as you want)/information are all waaaaay better) and then bring the results back to the reader site.

 

But just a suggestion (cuz Batoto ain't gonna do it, that's for sure)

Install that script and you can see wether you are following a Manga in the search list. The followed Manga will be marked with a star 🌟

Can just use ViolentMonkey addon and search some scripts, though batoto does not have to advertise this.. The functionality should've been integrated a long time ago. Personally made my own script via ViolentMonkey that just highlights any comic that I am following on selective pages (home / search page), been using that for a while and makes searching much more bearable. As mentioned before by Nako Batoto_MyFollows could work for you.
