​It's not Isekai style and it falls apart it the middle. It may be time to split the Bonus Section into two

Lastbossxhero It's an Isekai.The MC is "transported" to his own manga "world".

But yeah,the story falls apart really bad.But I think that the whole point in this manga was to make a complaint of the shit that the less renowned mangakas have to go through their "evil" editors to get their works published.

I smile when everything suddenly just turn...highschool-ed.

 

If you want a valid category for a Bonus Section,Why not the :"transported/resurrected" as "Final Boss/Overlord/Maou/Jefe/Capo Di Tutti Capi/King?

In this,the MC knows(it always knows) that he(its always a "he") is :

 

1-The Bad Dude.

2-At max level.

3-Enjoying it(the evilness),or...

4-Trying to avoid the death

5-In the Castle.

 

It's different that those "I start from lv.1 as peasant in the middle of nowhere" at least.

After reading just the first chapter of Hiraheishi wa Kako wo Yumemiru (https://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/hiraheishi-wa-kako-wo-yumemiru-r19589), would it really go on this list? It's not really isekai or even reincarnation. It's a time-travel series, that takes place in a fantasy world.

MC becomes his younger self, tries doing things differently using his knowledge of the future. So... yeah.

Hey.I stupid doubt crossed my mind:It's the second part of Negima an Isekai?I am not talking about UQHolder,I mean the original Negima manga,just where the ovas and the movie start.

I've read most of UQHolder but none of Negima.

 

I doubt it would go in the main list but may fit in to other world section. I'm not sure I'd add them though. Sort of like Cross Ange alternate dimension/multiverse? or is it a spin off? If I added that then there'd be stuff like Angel Beats or Kyousogiga in the list.

 

Others may know better unless someone can easily link to the chapter where the new world starts. I'll read 10-20 chapters and after that decide.

Besides that, Isekai almost always follows the same writing and panel pattern. It's a cross between what you see in simple comedy manga with an easy to follow story and panels mixed with a hint of shoujo style panels/art. It's very obvious in

You see the similarity Now go read a few random shoujo mangas. You'll notice it.

 

Isekai is less random with art and writing than than the usual shounen. Usually not too heavy on text.
