post translations of a series from another language such as japanese along with comics/series  that were originally written in the website's primary language , and not put any tag/label to indicate it as such?

One website i've seen do this  is http://www.kuaikanmanhua.com/

i thought i should point this out since if someone wanting to pick up a new series to translate may end up doing a translation of a translation, which usually isn't as accurate as translating something from original language to english/espanol etc.
