so after hisoka death and revive his 2 main abilities get upgraded and basically he can change his appearance completely.

2 clues for this theory:

 

1. hisoka usually have heart/spade/diamond/clover in his dialogues

2. he literally has H on his jacket

 

also in some frames his expressions reminds me of hisoka..
