I'm the co-owner of Mugen Shoujo as to why I would like to request getting in the Contributor group so I can upload without needing to wait for approval first, because I'll be helping with uploading for quite a few projects too.

Okay, the obligatory statement isn't very precise, but it does somewhat cover the territory. Hopefully you guys won't have any more trouble with uploads in the future.
