I remember reading a manga somewhere that went like this (some of this might be off since I read this a few years ago):

- MC wants to draw shounen manga

- Is told his work is okay, but needs polish

- Given the opportunity to become a professional mangaka's assistant

- MC goes to mangaka's house and finds out he will be working for a girl who writes romance/ecchi/I forget

- MC finds out that the mangaka's mom doesn't like that the mangaka tries to make a living off of drawing manga

- MC resolves to help her make her newest work successful

- The mangaka hates tsundere lolis and loves big breasted onee-sans

 

Anyone know what this is called? I tried googling for an hour and came up with nothing.
