Yes.. Yes I do.. though mostly the manga where the plot is weak or it doesn't matter too much. Say like in Death Note, the whole manga is plot driven and knowing it before kind of ruins it : p
Usagi Drop and Lucky Star are two mangas I've re-read multiple times ^^
And Visual novels aswell.. The exception would be Katawa Shoujo, story driven as it is, it has great replay value to me even if I play a path I've already done before.. Aah, dem feels 
Also, Symphonic Rain, though only for the music. It's great
