Hello.

 

Site pages not loading for me at all, when i go to the site it's just either very long loading time with nothing happening or couldn't connect error message. I tried clearing cookies/browser cache, clearing DNS cache, using other browser. In the end i use VPN to normally access site. I've static external IP and whole problem started around 1-3 of july. I could post my normal IP if needed, any help appreciated.

It sounds like you're having issue with CloudFlare, our front end delivery tool. For whatever reason, I think that CF thinks you're a threat, otherwise, I see no reason it would specifically block you.

 

In addition to clearing cookies/cache, I would suggest you try also disabling addons if present.

I've disabled all extensions and plugins after which cleared cookies and cache. Unfortunately nothing changed on my end.

 

Edit: I tried to access site from different computer from the same local network, same problems.

 

If i've got in the blacklist for some reason is there period of time after which my IP will be cleared from it? I really only used site to browse manga and nothing else, i didn't even use addons or programs which interact with it in some way apart from adblock.

They're just other sites on CF, not related to us. But trying to see if you are having issue with CF entirely.

Hi. Sorry for long time without answer. It's kind of hard to access site for me so i didn't check for several days.

I checked links you provided and could access them without problems. bizdepo.com one just showed "pageok", nothing more. I've also tried to google sites running at CF and didn't have problem to connect to any of them.

I'll try to give some more background information. It's all started in the July, and after googling i found: https://twitter.com/batotostatus  where it's stated that site under DDOS attack, so i though that's the reason i couldn't access the site, after few days i noticed that when page was partially loaded date on a new manga was updated, so i started to think that it's maybe just me, also as far as i know even sites under DDOS attacks tend to get back up in few days, hence week of being down seemed strange for me. That's how I've got to the first post.

As date of me being unable to access site and DDOS attack coincide, maybe I've got false positive during this time? I've run antivirus and didn't found any problems at my computer, also none of the other computers at my home network could connect to the site, while VPN or mobile phone have no problems, so being banned by IP seems logical conclusion. If that's the case I'm ready to provide any additional information to prove my innocence.

Hello, sorry to bother you again, unfortenatly problem persist. I haven't any problems connecting to other sites based on cloudflare.

Okey. Sorry for emotional outburst earlier. Today i've noticed that i could browse site, just as anonymous user. I can't log in, create acount, or access forums. Browsing manga, comment section works just fine.

However i could view latest manga forum discussions and from here go up to comics section, but clicking batoto forums still lead to connection timeout. Also i'm from Russia, not sure if this useful or not.

don't remember where the thread about it was exactly atm, but russian internet censorship thingy doesn't like cloudflare (last time i checked they just kept banning cf's ip addresses whenever some offending site popped up using one of them and batoto was a part of collateral damage). maybe that's the issue here too?
