With how popular Gal Gohan seems to be, I think we'd all love to see an official English release! Seven Seas Entertainment is usually pretty good about picking up series that people want to see, and they also actually solicit feedback to that effect. So, without further ado, here's what you can do to maybe help get Gal Gohan released in English!

 

Step 1:

Visit Seven Seas Entertainment’s home page

 

Step 2:

Click on the survey link in the upper right as seen below

 

Step 3:

Fill it out as you like until you get to this portion:

Step 4:

Write in Gal Gohan and finish the survey as you like

 

Step 5:

You’re done!

Seven seas is a good publisher and I trust them to do the manga justice.

Except for the fact BATOTO also supports DMCA

 

Thus meaning if this do get an official English version, BATOTO will most likely remove all scanlated chapter from here

 

That means we won't be able to read it unless we start paying with money, and most people that come to read on BATOTO are because they don't have the money to constantly buy manga.

 

Of course, unless BATOTO does decide not to remove the chapters and scanlation will still continue to be uploaded, then go ahead and vote for an Official English Release.

Seven Seas doesn't often pursue DMCA. You need only look at the fact Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou is still available despite having several English volumes out. The same can be said of many of their other series.

That's pretty understanding of them. Are their translations as good as their attitude though? A lot of people's biggest gripes with official translations (besides making it harder to read the series for free) is the fact that most of them change way too much instead of sticking to the source material, which can change things pretty drastically. I'd have no problem supporting the official release if their translation is an actual translation, and not just a localization

Their translations are usually good. It really depends on who's doing the TL, who's typesetting, and who's QCing if any bad localization/puns make it in. As an example, T-Rex na Kanojo was more or less the same as the scanlated version except for a change to Trica's name.
