I'm trying to upload chapter 18 of Pupa, but it won't show up on the page. How long does a review take before the chapter is up?

Until a contrib mod gets to it.
Usually it's 0-24 or 0-48 hours.
Depends on things like busy-IRL factor and quantity of releases.

well, since I'm already looking at it:
- bad sorting (see point 5 here); usually these slip through because it takes longer to check the sorting and it can be reported by readers for fixing later, but you could as well edit it now. tl;dr = it's either equal to chapter number or has an additional thousand for each volume (e.g. 3013 for v.3 ch.13). you can find out how other chapters are sorted by hovering over them with the cursor and then adjusting your sorting to the most prevalent one (in case some other chapters are out of order too). one more thing: if you ever modify chapter or volume numbers after the chapter is added, you'll need to also adjust the sorting id manually or clear that field to get a new one generated
as for the chapter itself:
- watermarks from other aggregator sites (like mangahere.com here on the credits page) are rather problematic and normally not allowed (something about these sites claiming you can't rehost "their" images + it counting as modifying the original release and thus being against allowed content guidelines). unless the group put it there themselves and are fine with it I guess...
btw you have two different "scans" credits (one on credits page, another throughout the chapter)
