Hi I'm akumi from Lei Scans.

We're a new small group and have only made two oneshot releases so far but are planning to release longer series and being able to skip the moderation queue would make uploads a lot quicker.

I understand how the uploading system works and I have read the rules and guidelines.

The group appears to have few uploads. Thus, you need to fulfill the individual criteria: please rebump when you personally have more chapters uploaded, as specified in the About Contributor Status & Application thread.
