I read this manga long time ago.
Around 10 years ago, this manga are about an organization that developed a drug that call soma and they use this on their agent who are children. This injected drug turn them into adult. And they must completed the mission that was given to them. Like collecting information from woman or capture a target. Well, it's funny and a bit echhi.
I totally forgot the title, author and the character.
This is the only clue that i remember.
