I read this manga a while ago, it's a shoujo (i think)

The protagonist is guy that works at home (probrably a writer), he bought a big house because he was going to get married but it didn't work out so now he was living alone with a lot of free space.

That's when he meets this girl that used to live next to him, she grew up and has a baby (single mother, young girl, baby around 2 yer old, if i remember correctly). Her house burns down and he invites the two, mother and baby, to his house.

They start living togheter and cute stuff happens.

Can't remember the name of the manga.
