I just realized that the reverse of TOG (Tower Of God) is GOT, so the hidden title is :

Game Of Turtles : The Baang of black and white/blue

A story that narrates the violent struggles among the climbers for the top that Baam Snow and Rachel Lannister-Tagaryen will discover during theirs journeys...

List of similarities (not limited) :

  • Noble 'great' house (check)
  • Red witch (check)
  • Undead (check)
  • Mad king (check)
  • The hound/mad dog (check)
  • Dragon 'thorn' glass (check)
  • The gods (check)
  • King's bastard (pending)
  • ...

I would say lol. Like lololololololol.

Nice post. Laughed hard.

But every work in this world has to reference some other work in one way or another. Because coming up with an original idea is very very hard and bringing it to life is much more harder. You have to live with this peeple.

If you want an example, simply check what game of thrones is referenced/based on.

I think the first one we copied is the nature.
I have others:

The Spellbinders*

In this story, Baam Coldwater and Rachel Wicker find themself immersed in an enchanted tower, Shinsoory's World.
Baam learns that he is predestined to save Shinsoory. Meanwhile his best friend Rachel, denying her fate of not being chosen, conspires with secrets groups.

The 135 kingdoms*

One day, Baam Nakajima is transferred to a world where travelers are chosen by a rabbit god.
During his journey, he will meet Prince Shun of Blue Kingdom and Rakushun the turtles's Leader who will help him carry out his fate.
Whereas his best friend Rachel Sugimoto tries to steal him from his fate in a world which refused to her.

*The Spellbinders is The Magicians and The 135 Kingdoms is The Twelve Kingdoms (anime series).

Well, i didn't say your argument is invalid. You are completely right.

But the problem is, if you want to create an original, you have to spend a lot of time. For example one of the most original works ever made is J. R. R. Tolkien's book series. He spent around 40 years of his lifetime and the series were not complete by the time he died. His son made a quick work to publish his fathers work (Not %100 sure, i just heard that from a friend).

Even then the book actually references some of the historical events. If you read some history, you will see some similarities with some events.

I don't think i want to wait for SIU to write an original story, which would take a lot of time... It is a matter of choice i guess.

We are on the same wavelength ;)
By tale if you have ideas do not hesitate.

I have others on irregulars:

The first irregular
Enryu is actually Han Jee Han (The Gamer)

After reading The Gamer S02C011 (#97)

The second irregular
Phantaminum, Jeon Ri Hwa (John Harry Smith), is a Gunslinger from The Dark Tower. He practices all types of Gun Fu and his use of the bombs would be at the origin of the ones that we known (classic and Shinsoo).
And it's because he uses firearms that Yuri calls him 'Dirty', because for her only the body is a noble weapon (She accepts blade weapons).

The third irregular
Urek Mazino has another ability than Innate Shinsoo Control, it's One-For-All That he nicknamed One Date For All Babies (Boku no Hero Academia).
Note: Besides, I often expect to read 'Smash' at the end of each of his attacks...
