On the home page, above the new releases and below the sponsored titles, there should be buttons for "Add Chapter", "Add Comic", and "Add Group". Simply click the one you want and fill in the info

Any place where the group can be reached externally. Groups usually have their own websites set up, but I assume social network pages could work as well.
