so bato.to got blocked in Russia by the government and just to view manga I have to spend hours trying to find a working proxy like I'm hacking pentagon or something...

 

so, is there maybe a mirror domain for bato.to ?

a VPN would redirect all traffic in the system I believe, something more simple would be better for me, looks like TOR would do the thing.

Reliable free proxies and VPNs to anything are always hard to come by, for obvious reasons.

 

I personally think that a private VPN on a cheap VPS somewhere would be the most comfortable solution. But that requires spending some money.

As It turned out bato.to blocks all proxies it can (TOR too), not even for posting messages...but also for just viewing comics (cloudflare pops up)

afaik the block isn't for bato.to but for cloudflare that batoto uses and your government is blindly warring with as a side effect of its piracy witchhunt.

 

having no problem accessing the site and reading via proxies and tor.

 

have you tried opera's pseudo-vpn thingy?

russia has batoto blocked

to get to batoto russians would need to use a proxy and disguise themselves as non-russians

so disabling clodflare for russia wouldn't make sense...

 

but disabling it for TOR exit nodes would do the thing, well unless batoto experience some DDOS progmes from there, but who would even want to DDOS a manga site via TOR?

you mean things have changed since this?

 

all there seems to be for me when using tor is cloudflare's default your-address-or-area-is-suspicious one-time captcha

I can use batoto from TOR.

But i can't use "follow" or post anything on forums.

I see in browser's network monitor that browser will try to open "bato.to/forums/index.php?<some parameters" but in response I'll get cloudflare's captcha which is not displayed, because its an ajax request.


Btw Batoto itself is not blocked in Russia. Cloudflare is.

Disabled javascript, and it allowed me to post on forum. follow still not working.
