I have attempted at least a dozen times in the past 15 minutes to upload a new chapter, but the new chapter upload page refuses to accept the ZIP file I am giving it. I have not prepared the chapter any different from the past 200+ chapters I have submitted over the past few years. The field for selecting the file to upload has changed, though. It is now a button instead of a field.

UPDATE: After posting this, I went back to try again, and this time the page was back to it's normal form, and accepted the upload. Go figure...
