I am confused about what is going on in the last frame of 415. Is she saying it? Is Manas thoughts imagining her saying it? Both? And what exactly do the words mean? That Aya is amazed at the idea of someone thinking of things like celebrating her birthday, not being used to it?

Because of the recent differences that amount to mistakes, like seeing one image of a person only to see the actual person looks completely different and in context to previous pages. Ayako is questioning if she actually has telepathy or it's hinted if it's actually a delusion of hers. She's hit the point of questioning her own ability. Previously she just accepted that she has telepathy but doesn't question it a lot. Now with several cases of the mental image she got clashing with the actual thing/person in reality. Now she is questioning her telepathic ability because of the recent differences that are bothering her.

Well it's hard to judge "completely different" from the primitive drawings. Her hair is completely different from the memory, but that doesn't mean much. People can change their looks over time, especially a kid growing up.

 

Also, they've had whole conversations with her telepathy, she's known a number of different stuff where she either has to have telepathy, or unconscious genius where she's just able to figure out a hell of alot from very little.

 

Regardless, none of this allows me to make sense of that last panel.

Simple solution to this. Just ask Manas what she is thinking about, I mean exactly what her lewd thought was, and compare to what Aya saw.

Aya needs to tell Todas too, the closer they get to being in a relationship, the more urgent it is that she tell him. It's not fair on him otherwise. Telling him would also clear up her insecurities that he only loves her for her powers, he can't deny it if he doesn't even know of it.
