While probably true, they probably wouldn't be able to walk if their bone structure could support it because of wind and possible ground displacement issues. But, before getting into all that, they would have suffocated since the earth hasn't had enough oxygen to support something that large for quite a while. And, if not from that, they would be disabled because of altitude-like sickness from the lack of oxygen.
