Trans is more you're both sexes, and gender bender is more you want to be the other sex... 

so this manga's title isn't *really* accurate.

Yes, well, the title was in kana so both words could have been translated as either “trans” or “trance”. As far as I care the most accurate translation of the title is “Trans-Trance”, with “trans” being for “transformation”.

Also you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. What you just described is being intersex, or a hermaphrodite. Being transgendered is having a gender identity in opposition with your biological sex.
