Among the established archetypes for tops, I appreciate seme of the gentle and caring, or stoic but thoughtful varieties.
Alternatively bashful and cute ones, though I'm not sure if that counts as an "established archetype" because of all the weird pseudo-sexism around the unrealistic artificial gender roles associated with yaoi couples' "roles", which themselves are baffling (who in the hell goes, "ah yes, the defining aspect of my gayness is my preferred sex position, which cannot change throughout the relationship much less the course of one night because then, ye gods, we wouldn't know who's wearing the pants in the relationship! The horror!")
